Marilyn Hurst

Marilyn's art career began to flourish in the early 90's when she discovered a hidden reservoir of creative energy. Working exclusively with Chris MacClure, her passion for art grew and with it, a new found respect for the stamina and resolve needed to make the art profession work for oneself.

Since 1997, Marilyn's mentor, Chris MacClure, who is now her husband, has put together an amazing collection of art and artists into the forefront of the art community in the Golden Cactus Gallery, Cabo San Lucas, Baja, Mexico. They had one of the best art galleries in Los Cabos and their days are full with painting and meeting people from all over the world.

Marilyn's work includes portraiture, abstract and romantic vignettes of the Baja. She also has a growing list of worldwide commission clients.
